Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
